Wood / Teak
Clean regularly with warm water, neutral soap and a soft cloth or brush. Avoid abrasive products and aggressive cleaners. In the case of teak, over time it can naturally acquire a silver-gray tint; if you want to preserve its original color, use a specific product for teak.
Aluminum
Clean the surface with neutral soap and water using a soft cloth. Rinse thoroughly and dry after cleaning. Avoid dirt, abrasive products or aggressive chemicals that could damage the finish.
The 4 Seasons Outdoor collection comes with a standard 5-year warranty. In the case of the Hularo braided fiber, the warranty is extended to 10 years regarding color durability and stability. The products in the Taste 4SO collection come with a standard 2-year warranty.
The warranty is subject to proper use and maintenance and does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, lack of maintenance, or external factors. For any questions about the warranty of a specific product, please contact us.

The anthracite aluminium tray is easy to clean and weather-resistant. You can leave it outside. The high-quality teak wood used in the tray can also withstand a bit of rain. If you want to preserve the beautiful golden-brown colour, we recommend storing the Luz tray indoors or treating it with a Teak Shield (teak sealant).
