Fundamental to the engine room of the CROSSRAY are the revolutionary surface-burning gas infrared burners, the driving force behind an evenly distributed heat that delivers intensity and sizzle across the entire cooking surface.

Heatstrip® has created CROSSRAY® the only barbecue able to provide controllable uniform heat from 110°C to almost 400°C, remarkably using 50% less gas to achieve these industry-leading temperatures.
