At De Tropen® we ship to the Iberian Peninsula and the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands. Delivery in Spain is Free from 250€. For shipments to the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands, you will need to contact the customer service department, as we must check the costs with our logistics service providers to offer you the best price. In any case The costs related to customs will be paid by the customer. Tropen Outdoor S.L.U. does not ship to Andorra and Gibraltar. Shipping of the items is carried out through a carefully selected logistics service provider. We strive to ensure that the transport of your order is as careful and convenient as possible. A courier company (e.g. Correos express) will be responsible for delivering the smaller items. Delivery by the courier service will always be carried out as soon as possible and without prior contact. Larger items will be delivered by a collaborating transport company. The shipping is free for orders over €250 to any location in Spain (mainland). For shipments under 250€ the cost will be 19.95€. The delivery of all items will be made on the sidewalk closest to the point where the carrier can access with their vehicle. If you assemble the furniture yourself, we will provide you with detailed instructions. If you detect any defects or damage during assembly, please contact our customer service immediately.

Any goods that are not suitable for shipping via postal packages will be collected at your expense by our carriers within 14 days. It is your responsibility to return the products in their original packaging and properly prepared for shipping. Our customer service team is available to assist you if you have any questions regarding returns.

Delivery address

The order will be delivered to the address you specified. This may be different from the billing address, which allows you to request that the delivery be made to your office or to a friend. Sometimes delivery companies like express mail require packages to be picked up at the local post office closest to the delivery location, whether or not they have made an attempt to deliver.

Delivery times

If the product is in stock, the delivery time is 3 to 8 days after registering the payment. Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify an exact delivery date in advance. We will ask you to provide your phone number when placing your order so that our logistics service providers can contact you before delivery to arrange a suitable time for it. Smaller items, which are delivered by a package delivery service, will be sent without prior notice. If you are not at home, the courier company will leave you a business card with a phone number where you can arrange a suitable date for a new free delivery.

In the case of reserved products, we depend on the manufacturers' schedules. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm an approximate delivery date.

Collection by the customer

Customer pickup is possible at our De Tropen® store located in Vélez-Málaga. Mediterranean Motorway A7, exit 953, entrance behind the Repsol gas station, Vélez-Málaga.

Returns under the right of withdrawal

If the item doesn't appeal to you or if you prefer another one, don't worry, you have 14 days to return it or exchange it. You just have to bring your item along with the ticket or invoice for the purchase.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last of those goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify De Tropen Outdoor S.L.U. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of this right by the consumer is sent before the corresponding period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.

You must return or hand over the goods to us directly without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you make the return of the goods before the said deadline has expired.

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Packaging and inquiries

Some high-volume products are delivered directly from the manufacturer to the consumer in disposable pallets. The disposable pallets, like cartons and other packaging materials, must be collected by the customer at their own expense. Transport companies only collect reusable pallets.
