All our products are new and delivered in their original packaging. Our entire product range has a manufacturer’s warranty of up to 20 years, depending on the product. Warranty
For any claim, your invoice is the warranty document. Please print and retain this document for future reference. The buyer must inspect the goods upon delivery. Any defects must be reported immediately in writing. All new orders are covered by a warranty of between 2 and 20 years, depending on the product and manufacturer. Under the warranty, the buyer has the right to have the product repaired if the manufacturer does not replace the furniture in question with a new one. Color differences, unevenness in the wood texture, and hairline cracks are natural and must be accepted by the buyer.
Warranty Policy Returns
Because we are an online company and you, as a customer, do not have the option of viewing the furniture in-store or on display before purchasing, you have the right to return any of our products. You have 14 days to return any items purchased online, unconditionally. If you are not satisfied, you may return the furniture without providing any justification or explanation. The original packaging must be kept. For small items, you will be asked to personally return the items using a parcel delivery company. For larger items, a courier service can be arranged to pick them up. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The original boxes must be provided when requesting a return.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR DAMAGED IN TRANSPORT
You have 24 hours to inspect the merchandise for any damage to the items shipped.
- It is very important that you inspect the package and note any anomalies (bumps or scratches) on the carrier’s delivery note.
- In this case, we also require graphic evidence (photograph or video) of the anomaly.
- We must report any problems to the responsible shipping company within 24 hours.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to begin the process of filing a claim for damaged goods. In this case, Hartman Iberica S.L. will proceed, as appropriate and depending on the condition of the product, responding either directly or through the supplier/distributor/manufacturer, to repair, replace, reduce the price, or terminate the contract. These procedures will be free of charge for the consumer and user.
INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If the return is due to the product received not being the one ordered, a return or exchange can be processed within the first 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. However, you must notify us as soon as possible so that we can process the exchange for the correct product. The customer is not responsible for return shipping costs.
PRODUCTS WITH INCORRECT/INCOMPLETE INFORMATION
If the return is due to the product received not conforming to the information provided on the website, a return or exchange may be processed within the first 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. However, this must be communicated as soon as possible so that the return can be processed. The customer is not responsible for return shipping costs.
CUSTOMER REJECTS ORDER
If the customer rejects the merchandise, Hartman Iberica S.L. will refund the full amount of the products, deducting the shipping costs incurred for shipping and returning the order.
Hartman Iberica S.L. will retain in its warehouses and reserves the right to refund the amount of any orders that cannot be resold due to non-compliance with the above conditions, whether for exchange or return. The customer will have the right to retrieve their order by paying the shipping costs, either through their personal courier or through ours (at their own expense).
In the case of out-of-stock or customized orders, shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and the product cannot be returned.
Hartman Iberica S.L. is committed to protecting your privacy and takes the utmost care regarding the security of its customers’ information. Our privacy statement details what information we collect, how we obtain it, what we do with it, and how we protect it. All personal data is collected and processed in accordance with Spanish and EU data protection laws. The customer must provide the original packaging in which the item was delivered so that the product is adequately protected during transport. Failure to do so will result in a partial deduction from the merchandise value. Our carriers will collect products unsuitable for postal delivery within 14 days of the date of confirmation of product packaging.

Packaging and Inquiries
Some high-volume products are delivered directly from the manufacturer to the consumer on disposable pallets. Disposable pallets, such as cartons and other packaging materials, must be collected by the customer at their own cost. Transport companies only collect multi-use pallets.
