This barbecue module is part of the De Tropen® XL modular outdoor kitchen, where you’ll enjoy sharing cooking with your guests and always have everything at hand. The basic elements you need in an outdoor kitchen are a sink (for preparing food and washing dishes afterwards), cupboards to store all your utensils, a refrigerator to keep drinks cold, and of course, a barbecue, griddle, or even an oven, depending on what you like to prepare. And the XL kitchen has it all, except the oven, which we also offer, from the Italian brand Alfa®. Savor the intense flavor of roasted vegetables amidst the laughter of your loved ones. The stainless steel barbecue is the undisputed jewel of this complete XL garden kitchen.

Its four AI304 burners, combined with 14.4 kW of power, will allow you to prepare delicious lunches outdoors. With the 3.9 kW infrared rear burner, you can sear meat like a professional griller, ensuring it stays juicy. The regulator and gas hose are not included. With its glass door, you can prepare anything with the peace of mind of being able to monitor it, without losing heat, which is so important when preparing a dessert or roast. It’s easy to move; thanks to its wheels, you can roll the storage unit wherever you need. Its elegant doors, finished in a pearl gray that perfectly complements the white marble-effect countertop, create your own bright and practical outdoor kitchen. The doors are made of 18 mm thick PVC, glued to strong extruded aluminum frames. If you want to double the functionality of your XL outdoor kitchen, we recommend opting for the sink module. You’ll need a drain and a water supply, but thanks to this small addition, you can wash dishes and rinse fruit or vegetables without having to go indoors. And, you have to admit, washing dishes outdoors with the breeze on your face has its charm!

Obviously, you’ll have to choose which modules to install if you don’t have a large terrace, but if you have plenty of space, the high-quality outdoor refrigerator module with its minimalist and elegant design will save you more than one trip to the kitchen and you’ll always have a cool drink within easy reach. You can also store food that needs refrigeration until cooking time. This practical and compact refrigerator is very powerful, making it a fundamental element in any garden kitchen.

Mantenimiento del módulo de barbacoa de la Cocina XL:

• El acero inoxidable es un material muy resistente pero que puede mancharse y quedar marcado con facilidad. Para evitarlo, es importante no dejar que la suciedad se acumule y pulirlo regularmente con un paño de microfibra o una esponja humedecidos en agua tibia y jabón.
• Nunca usar limpiadores que contengan ácido, xileno o aguarrás. Enjuagar bien después de limpiar.
• Después de cada uso hay que retirar el sobrante de grasa y limpiar las rejillas y la bandeja recoge grasa.
• Además siempre se recomienda usar una funda para protegerla tanto de la corrosión y la humedad como de los rayos UV.
