Grandhall Built-In Infrared Side Infrared Burner

The Grandhall Side Infrared Burner is the perfect complement to place in our work area in combination with the built-in barbecue, as most of them do not have a side burner.

The Infrared Burner has a ceramic body where there are thousands of small openings through which the gas flows. On the surface, the gas burns very evenly, which makes the ceramic glow cleanly and evenly.

The resulting infrared radiation is very intense, which seals the food on the outside and keeps all the juices inside without drying it out. In a very short time, a delicious crust develops on the surface, which caramelizes in an upright position.
