ATTENTION: Steels subjected to high temperatures and direct flames may change color. This is normal; it is an inherent characteristic of the material. - Alfa ovens are made of stainless steel inside and out. To clean these surfaces, we recommend a product specifically designed for this type of material. Never use cleaners containing acid, xylene, or turpentine. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning the oven.
- To better protect the stainless steel parts, it is recommended to use petroleum jelly or other neutral cleaning solutions (pH 7) that do not contain acids, mineral resin, or xylene. If installed in coastal areas, to prevent corrosion and scale buildup, it is recommended to clean the oven frequently with fresh water.
- The gas burner It should be cleaned by periodically removing cooking residue with a brush. When cleaning, be careful not to damage the burner holes.
- Clean the nozzles at least once a year to prevent them from becoming clogged and restricting the flow of gas (contact qualified personnel).
- Stainless steel resists rust, but it can sometimes show rust spots on its surface due to moisture, sea salt, etc. In this case, treat it with a rust remover to make the oven look like new again.
- It is recommended to use a cover to protect it from both corrosion from rain and humidity and from UV rays.
