The Italian oven for those who want to make excellent pizza in their own home. It's certified for domestic indoor use, although thanks to its lightness you can easily move it outside on sunny days. You can create a genuine pizzeria in any corner of your home, even on the balcony. It's a highly powerful oven that reaches 400º, cooking a pizza in just 2 minutes. The installation is immediate: simply place the Alfa brick plate in the cooking chamber, plug in the oven and switch it on. It can be placed comfortably on any flat surface, including a standard kitchen worktop, which is usually 60 cm deep. The interior space is also designed to be practical: 40 cm wide, more than enough to fit a pizza (usually 30 cm in diameter), with a few extra centimetres to handle it easily during cooking.

The URBE is an oven for domestic use, but it can be your ally for those cases of intolerances.

It features double interior lighting, which you can switch on individually, and a third light underneath the oven, adding a touch of elegance to the space. Even its interior is sophisticated, with the cooking chamber decorated in pyrolytic enamel that, as well as withstanding high temperatures, creates magical reflections. What's more, thanks to its compact dimensions, you can place it outside the kitchen, avoiding cross-contamination. It's powerful, and controlling the temperature has never been so simple. You can switch its heating elements on separately, depending on the needs of the dish being cooked or heated: upper (1200W) and lower (900W). The white LEDs next to each knob indicate their activity. The central knob lets you select the function: pizza oven, static oven, bottom only or grill, and has an LED indicating whether the oven is switched on.

Its elegant design, modern lines and curves, along with its warm, emotional lighting, make it a showpiece in your business or home kitchen.

Certification for domestic indoor use is not just a formality. Thanks to it, we can guarantee the strictest safety standards even in environments that aren't normally suited to preparing an authentic Neapolitan pizza. It has undergone very rigorous testing that includes common household situations, such as the presence of children or pets. For example, the door is fitted with 4 glass panels, which insulate the living space from the oven's heat and prevent accidental burns. All of this allows for high-level cooking, comparable to that of an authentic pizzeria, without the need for a professional oven that would not be suitable for domestic use. Cleaning is equally simple: the door's glass panels are removable and can be washed in the dishwasher.
