Clean the structure with a cloth dampened in water with neutral soap and the fabric with neutral water and soap, without abrasive products. Close the umbrella tightly and protect it with its cover when it is windy or not in use. At least once a year, check that the joints and anchors are in good condition.
Our products come with a 2-year statutory warranty from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable regulations. This warranty covers any lack of conformity of the product but does not include damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or external factors. Cushions are not included in the warranty.

We recommend that you close your parasol when it's windy, even when the parasol isn't in use, as damage caused by wind is not covered by the warranty. Wind is the biggest enemy of parasols, so risks should be reduced as much as possible, and open parasols are more likely to get stained or suffer an impact. The darker the colour of the parasol fabric, the more susceptible it is to fading. To prolong the life of your parasol, we recommend using the corresponding parasol cover.
