Textiles / Outdoor cushions
Regularly remove dust and dirt with a soft brush. Stains can be cleaned with warm water and neutral soap, allowing them to dry completely in the air before reusing the cushion. When not used for extended periods, we recommend storing the cushions in a dry and protected place.
Rope
Regularly remove dust with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner. For a deeper cleaning, use warm water and neutral soap, rub gently and let it air dry completely. Avoid aggressive chemicals and high-pressure cleaners.
Ceramics
Clean with water, mild soap, and a soft cloth or sponge. For more stubborn stains, use a cleaner specifically designed for ceramic surfaces. Avoid abrasive products and strong impacts on edges and corners.
Wood / Teak
Clean regularly with warm water, neutral soap and a soft cloth or brush. Avoid abrasive products and aggressive cleaners. In the case of teak, over time it can naturally acquire a silver-gray tint; if you want to preserve its original color, use a specific product for teak.

This warranty covers any lack of conformity of the product but does not include damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or external factors.
