Clean regularly with warm water, neutral soap and a soft cloth or brush. Avoid abrasive products and aggressive cleaners. In the case of teak, over time it can naturally acquire a silver-gray tint; if you want to preserve its original color, use a specific product for teak.
The 4 Seasons Outdoor collection comes with a standard 5-year warranty. In the case of the Hularo braided fiber, the warranty is extended to 10 years regarding color durability and stability. The products in the Taste 4SO collection come with a standard 2-year warranty.
The warranty is subject to proper use and maintenance and does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, lack of maintenance, or external factors. For any questions about the warranty of a specific product, please contact us.

We offer a 5-year warranty on all construction and manufacturing defects. Occasional maintenance is required, so we recommend our teak maintenance products. Damage to the pot caused by the plants or trees it contains is not covered by the warranty.
