This warranty covers, among other things, corrosion perforation of sheet metal parts and certain manufacturing defects. The warranty is subject to proper assembly, use, and maintenance. Locations within 5 km (3 miles) of the coastline are excluded from the corrosion warranty due to exposure to salt and sand.

Its aesthetic is characterised by completely smooth walls, clean lines and an elegant light strip integrated into the door, a distinctive detail that adds architectural character and improves the entry of natural light. Thanks to its innovative modular system, additional light panels can be added, creating bespoke lighting and a more open, pleasant atmosphere inside.

Made from galvanised steel sheet, stove-enamelled with polyamide, the NEO 1 offers double the steel thickness compared to standard products on the market, resulting in exceptional stability and a much longer useful life. Like all Biohort products, it's completely maintenance-free and backed by a 20-year anti-corrosion guarantee.

In everyday use, every detail is designed for your comfort: the gas-spring assisted door opens and closes smoothly, the integrated water drainage protects the structure, and the direct accessory fixing system allows you to organise the interior cleanly and efficiently. You can also opt for interior lining, insulation or wood panelling, which help regulate humidity and improve interior comfort.

When it comes to security, the NEO 1 plays in a different league. It features a triple locking system with stainless steel handles, a roof structure built to withstand up to 150 kg/m² of snow load and storm resistance of up to 150 km/h (force 12).
