- 5 Stainless steel burners of 21 kW of power.
- Infrared burner “Sear burner” of 4.6 kW of power which means “burner for browning”. This burner is located under the grill without any diffuser in between. Its function is to brown and sear the meat quickly so that it does not lose its juices and thus obtain a more intense flavor. This is achieved by the great speed and heat strength that this burner reaches. Once the meat has been seared and browned, we can pass it through the traditional burners to finish cooking. This is a more professional way of cooking thick meats so that they are crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. The infrared burner does not have to be used every time we make a barbecue, that’s up to your taste and choice.
