BBQs & griddles
After each use, remove any excess fat and clean the grates, the grill plate and the grease collection tray. On charcoal or wood-burning barbecues, remove any ash and fuel residues. Always use a cover to protect it from corrosion caused by rain and moisture and from UV rays.
Wood / Teak
Clean regularly with warm water, neutral soap and a soft cloth or brush. Avoid abrasive products and aggressive cleaners. In the case of teak, over time it can naturally acquire a silver-gray tint; if you want to preserve its original color, use a specific product for teak.
Stainless steel
Clean regularly with warm water, neutral soap and a soft cloth. Dry thoroughly to avoid water marks. In coastal areas, more frequent cleaning is recommended to remove salt residue. Avoid metallic debris, abrasive products and chlorine-based cleaners.

This warranty covers any lack of conformity of the product but does not include damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or external factors. Cushions are not included in the warranty.

- Infrared Burner “Sear burner”"of 4.6 kW of power whose meaning is “browning burner””This burner is located beneath the grill without any diffuser in between. Its function is to quickly sear and brown the meat, sealing in the juices for a more intense flavor. This is achieved thanks to the burner's rapid and powerful heat output. Once the meat is seared and browned, it can be transferred to the traditional burners to finish cooking. This is a more professional way to cook thick cuts of meat, resulting in a crispy exterior and a tender, juicy interior.
