The FUSION 60 enameled cast iron gas griddle is the perfect combination of robustness and performance in the art of outdoor cooking. Its modern and elegant design, combined with its cargo gray color, makes it a true gem for easy and sophisticated griddle cooking.

Equipped with a lifetime-guaranteed enameled cast iron cooking plate, this gas griddle ensures even heat distribution, guaranteeing perfect results every time and easy cleaning thanks to its high edges. The power of the two high-performance, dual-branch burners allows for a rapid temperature increase up to 360°C to perfectly sear food.

The double-walled chassis confines the flame for optimal performance and wind resistance. Precise control knobs offer complete control over the cooking temperature.

The powder-coated galvanized steel chassis resists corrosion and UV rays, unlike epoxy, whose color degrades over time.

It’s available in two sizes (60 and 75), in stainless steel or steel, to be placed on the cart of your choice or in a combination integrated into a cart. The optional protective cover effectively protects the griddle.

Maintenance of the FUSION 60 Cargo Grey Griddle:

• After each use, remove excess grease and clean the griddle.
• It is also always recommended to use a cover to protect it from corrosion caused by rain and humidity, as well as UV rays.
• Stainless steel is a very durable material, but it can stain and become marked. To prevent this, it’s important not to let dirt build up and to polish it regularly with a microfiber cloth or sponge dampened in warm, soapy water.
