If you want to do something good for the environment, opt for solar lights in your garden. Using sunlight during the day, the lights charge, and thanks to the built-in on/off switch, the lantern turns on automatically at dusk. It couldn't be simpler, as they don't require a timer or a power switch. An added advantage is that you don't need an external power source, and the lantern can be installed quickly and easily. This also saves on energy costs.
