BBQs & griddles
After each use, remove any excess fat and clean the grates, the grill plate and the grease collection tray. On charcoal or wood-burning barbecues, remove any ash and fuel residues. Always use a cover to protect it from corrosion caused by rain and moisture and from UV rays.
Stainless steel
Clean regularly with warm water, neutral soap and a soft cloth. Dry thoroughly to avoid water marks. In coastal areas, more frequent cleaning is recommended to remove salt residue. Avoid metallic debris, abrasive products and chlorine-based cleaners.
Aluminum
Clean the surface with neutral soap and water using a soft cloth. Rinse thoroughly and dry after cleaning. Avoid dirt, abrasive products or aggressive chemicals that could damage the finish.
Our products come with a 2-year statutory warranty from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable regulations. This warranty covers any lack of conformity of the product but does not include damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or external factors. Cushions are not included in the warranty.
