This warranty covers any lack of conformity of the product but does not include damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or external factors. Cushions are not included in the warranty.

To be honest, we recommend that you close your SUNLINE ø270cm Dark Grey parasol when it's windy, even when the parasol isn't in use. This will reduce the risk of wind damage. The darker the color of the parasol fabric, the more susceptible it is to fading. To prolong the life of your parasol, we recommend using the corresponding parasol cover.
