With the Alfa “BBQ 500”, the Alfa wood-burning or gas oven transforms into a powerful and reliable barbecue that can be grilled over flame or charcoal at a temperature of 500 °C. Use the door to give your dishes a super-smoked flavor and to achieve tender and juicy meat. Measures Ø37cm
Try the Alfa ovens for two types of cooking:
- Direct cooking with the door open: For grilling at high temperatures. It is ideal for small cuts of meat that, thanks to the Maillard reaction, will achieve a tender and juicy texture with a delicious brown crust.
- Indirect cooking with a closed door: to cook on the side of the embers at low temperature for a long time.
