Hartman Frank 2-Seater Bench Sunbrella is a lounge bench made from a fabric that is woven with acrylic fibers dyed to the core. This makes this technical textile completely UV resistant. During the Sunbrella production process, the fiber receives a coating that protects against dirt and stains after coloring. Sunbrella is therefore extremely suitable for outdoor applications. It is therefore characterized as the powerhouse for outdoor textiles.

The Sunbrella fabric is a powerhouse among the outdoor fabrics. Sunbrella has not been used for a long time in the garden furniture industry, about 3 years now. It is originally from the tent industry. It was and is used in the army to make tents. The fabric has been developed by an American company, which has a patent on this type of textile. Because of its properties, the material was picked up quickly in the yacht industry, after which the garden furniture world followed quickly.

How does use with garden furniture work?

The textile is in fact highly water-repellent. All the water that enters the cushion despite the strong repulsion is quickly let through by the Quick dry foam and let out through a special band on the bottom of the cushions of your lounge set.
