The ALLEGRO Hybrid oven is the largest of the Alfa® Forninox range. Its size and technical features are reminiscent of those of a professional oven. You can prepare up to 5 pizzas and bake up to 5 kg of bread. This means that you can feed up to 30 people with this marvel of an oven that combines technology and design. Of course, like all Alfa® ovens, it incorporates the innovative Heat GeniusTM technology that guarantees superior performance while optimizing consumption. With its base made for easy handling and to enlarge the cooking area, you will have enough space for everything you need during cooking. If you want to use it with wood, all you need is the Alfa® Hybrid Kit and you will go from having a gas oven to having two in one.

This means that you can feed up to 30 people with this marvel of an oven that combines innovation and design. Of course, like all Alfa ovens, it incorporates the innovative Heat GeniusTM technology that guarantees superior performance while optimizing consumption.
Designed to meet the daily needs of large families and friends as well. It has a refractory brick floor, stainless steel dome and ceramic fiber insulation. Its assembly is intuitive and simple, and it does not require installation. With its base made for easy handling and expand the cooking area. It includes wheels with brakes so you can easily place it wherever you want. With comfortable and wide folding side shelves, heating drawer and space to place the firewood or the cylinder.
If you want to use it with firewood, you only need the Alfa® Hybrid Kit. Depending on the time you have available or what you want to cook, you can choose to use it as gas or firewood.

Features
The hearth is composed of interchangeable refractory bricks that store heat and transmit it to the food during cooking.
The stainless steel dome allows high temperatures to be reached with low wood consumption.
The ceramic fiber insulation keeps the heat in the oven for a long time.
It has a pyrometer to know exactly the temperature of the cooking chamber.
The large door with ergonomic double handle has the function of regulating the draft of the oven and controlling the fire.
The colored parts of the oven have been treated with high temperature resistant powder paint.
The base of the Allegro oven is black, it has large folding side shelves, a plate warmer compartment and a shelf for the wood or gas cylinder. The 4 swivel castors with brakes make it easy to move in any direction.
- The convenient folding side shelves are large enough to hold ingredients, tools and everything else you need for cooking. When the oven is not in use, they can be folded down to reduce their volume.
- The Allegro is equipped with a warming drawer placed under the combustion chamber to keep food warm.
- The shelf allows to organize and store the wood in a clean and tidy way, as well as to place the gas cylinder.
- The 4 swivel casters with brakes are designed to improve the mobility and maneuverability of the oven.
