BBQ Maintenance:

• Stainless steel is a very durable material but can easily stain and become marked. To prevent this, it’s important not to let dirt build up and polish it regularly with a microfiber cloth or sponge dampened in warm, soapy water.
• After each use, remove excess grease and clean the grates and griddle.
• It’s also always recommended to use a cover to protect it from corrosion caused by rain and moisture, as well as UV rays.
