Barbecue maintenance:

Stainless steel is a very Durable, but easily stained and marked. To prevent this, it’s important not to let dirt accumulate and polish it regularly with a microfiber cloth or sponge dampened in warm, soapy water.
After each use, remove excess grease and clean the grates and griddle.
It’s also always recommended to use a cover to protect it from corrosion caused by rain and moisture, as well as UV rays.
